Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at JPOP CUTE.

If you are unsatisifed with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange the product for another product of equal value. Please make a request via our Contact page within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

Once the item has been inspected by our team, if you have requested a refund, money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If you have requested an exchange, your chosen item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
